Sample Strategic Plan

This is a pdf of a sample Strategic Plan. (It is included in your participant's workbook in the appendix.) If they don't have a workbook, you may want to hand this out at the end of session 4. It will give your group an idea of what you're looking for in their strategic planning. Have them make a copy of their plan and give one to you. You or perhaps their pastor/discipler will refer to it in future coaching appointments.
